This one bowl recipe makes the perfect summer dip! It’s also very high in protein thanks to the cottage cheese but packed with umami flavour from the roasted garlic and Parmesan

Ingredients
250g cottage cheese
30g Parmesan, grated
100g cream cheese
1 garlic head
1/2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
🍯For hot honey
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tbsp butter
1 tsp chilli flakes
Method
Roast the garlic head by drizzling it with olive oil and wrapping it in tin foil. Cook in the oven at 180C for 40-50 minutes. Leave to cool down and then peel it
Add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth
Prepare your hot honey by adding the butter, chilli flakes and honey to a pan at medium heat. Mix until dissolve
Serve the whipped cottage cheese with a drizzle of the hot honey on top
FAQS and Tips
You can use low fat cottage cheese and cream cheese for a lower fat higher protein option
I added some dukkah and chopped parsley as toppings hit this is completely optional
