Crispy parmesan gnocchi
A killer dinner party snack for cheese lovers
This easy 3 ingrefiient recipe inspired by the viral Parmesan potatoes makes for a great and very original dinner snack! I added some extra spices but feel free to skep them or choose different ones such as oregano, paprika or rosemary which also work amazing!

🧀Ingredients
150g gnocchi
80g Parmesan
2 tbsp olive oil
Optional seasoning: Italian herbs, garlic powder, chilli powder
🧀Method
Cook gnocchi following package instructions
In a bowl add the olive oil and herbs and seasoning of choice. Mix well and then add the cooked gnocchi
Cover a baking tray with parchment paper and brush with some of the oil from the gnocchi. Then sprinkle a layer of the grated Parmesan to form a rectangle. Arrange gnocchi evenly spaced on top of the Parmesan
Bake at 200C for about 25-30 minutes until the Parmesan turns a light golden colour
Remove teat from the oven and leave to cool for about 10 min so the cheese hardens. The break them apart and serve on a bowl
FAQS and Tips
You can substitute the gnocchi for parboiled potatoes wedges and it works amazing too
