Give your classic cheesy garlic bread a twist by combining it with the flavour of your favourite American Chinese appetizer. The addition of the crab and cream cheese gives a real flavour upgrade plus you only need one bowl and 10 minutes to whip this recipe up!

Ingredients
150g crab meat
110g cream cheese
2 green onion
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp sriracha sauce
Grated mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley chopped
Method
In a bowl add the crab, cream cheese, chopped green onion, soy sauce, garlic powder and sriracha sauce. Mix well with a spoon
Cut a sourdough bread loaf in half, and top with a generous layer of the crab rangoon mix. Then cover with the grated mozzarella to your taste
Bake in a preheated oven at 190C for 20min until the cheese melts and turns golden
Remove from the oven, cut into slides and top with some freshly chopped parsley

You can use imitation crab meat instead, just chop it very finely before mixing it with the rest of ingredients
