Baked lemon ricotta
A dreamy melty cheesy dip for ricotta lovers!
This cheesy dip is perfect for this summer season since it’s light and fresh thanks to the combination of ricotta and lemon zest 🍋 I recommend having with a good sourdough or French baguette for the ultimate dip experience 🔥

Ingredients
250g ricotta
25g Parmesan cheese
1/2 garlic head
100g mozzarella
1 lemon zest
1 tsp rosemary
Method
Take a garlic head and transfer it to some kitchen foil. Drizzle with olive oil and wrap with the kitchen foil. Roast in a pre heated oven at 180C for 40-50 min
Blend the ricotta, Parmesan and roasted garlic until obtaining a smooth paste. Then mix in the lemon zest, rosemary, and half the mozzarella
Transfer to a baking dish and top with the rest of the mozzarella.
Bake at 180C until golden on top and the mozzarella has melted
Serve with some toasted baggete and enjoy !
