Plantain crisps

The best healthy snack in 10min!

If you are looking for an easy healthy snack that is as good if not better than potato crisps I’ve got you covered! Green plantains are packed with patassium, fiber and vitamins such as A and B6 making it a great balanced snack. I like to spray them with olive oil which helps them to crisp up and adds a lovely golden colour but also provides a great source of helthy fats so this snack keeps you full for longer.

I like to have these sprinkled with just some Maldon salt but you can even make a sweet version my sprinkling some cinammon and sugar!
