Ingredients

🍫For brownies

  • 145g butter

  • 250g caster sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 20g milk

  • 80g cocoa powder

  • 65g plain flour

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 100g Reese’s peanut butter cups

  • 50g chocolate chips

✨For frosting

  • 100g butter, softened

  • 200g cream cheese

  • 240 to 360g powdered sugar

  • Green food colouring

  • Sprinkles and orange icing to decorate

🍫Method

  • Add the melted butter, sugar to a bowl and mix. Add the eggs, milk and mix.

  • In a separate bowl mix the shifted flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, salt. Then add this to the bowl with the butter and mix well

  • Roughly chop the Reese’s PB cups and chocolate and add into the brownie batter

  • Transfer batter to a baking tin lined with parchment paper

  • Bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let them cook completely

  • Meanwhile make the frosting by mixing the butter with the cream cheese with an electric mixer for about 3 minutes. Slowly add 240g of powdered sugar (if needed add up to 360g so it gets thicker and sweeter). Finally add the food colouring until it turns your desired shade of green. Transfer to a piping bag and then leave in the fridge for 10min so it firms up

  • Once the brownies are cold cut into triangles with a knife. Pipe the frosting on top and decorate with sprinkles and orange icing
