Hot honey halloumi

The best way to cook halloumi (I promise)

This recipe is inspired by my all time favourite halloumi dish at Bubala in London ! It’s super simple to make and I promise you won’t cook halloumi any other way after trying this

FAQS and Tips

  • I buy my halloumi online at Yorkshire Dama, owned by a Syrian lady that wanted to replicate the lovely cheese she had back home. It’s the same that Bubala uses and she quality really shows through !

  • You can get creative with the spices! Nigella seeds or even chamomile and fennel seeds works very well.
