Crispy salmon bites

If you are looking for a nourishing and balanced dinner this is the one!

These rice paper rolls stuffed with soy glazed salmona and avocado slices make for the perfect quick dinner dish. Not only it is delicious but also filling a balanced with a high protein content from the salmon, healthy fats from the avocado and carbs from the rice paper rolls.

🍣Ingredients

  • rice paper

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp miso paste

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 3 grated garlic cloves

  • 2 tsp sesame seeds

  • 2 tsp grated ginger

  • 240g salmon

  • 2 scallions

  • 1 avocado

🍣Method

  • Slice salmon into cubes

  • Mix the soy sauce, miso, sesame oil, honey, garlic and ginger sesame seemed in a bowl

  • Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil to a pan and cook salmon until golden on each side. Add the half of the sauce sauce and scallions and cook for 2 more minutes

  • Add water to a round dish and dip your rice paper in the water for 20-30 seconds until it softens. On a damp surface lay down the rice paper, two slices of avocado, and a piece of salmon. Roll it up and then fold the end on top of one another

  • Add the rolls to a pan with some sesame oil and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes or until they’re browned

  • Serve it with the rest of the sauce to dip and enjoy !
